Chris Pratt - San Juan Island, Undisclosed Price

Chris Pratt

When actor Chris Pratt wants a break from Hollywood's hustle and bustle, he heads to his incredible ranch, located on San Juan Island. Found just off the coast and north of Seattle, San Juan Island has become a popular sanctuary for celebrities seeking peace and privacy. Some of Pratt's neighbors include Bill Gates and Tom Skerritt.

While Pratt has kept pretty quiet about what the inside of his ranch house looks like, he's not afraid to share the fact that it's a working ranch. When he's there, the Guardians of the Galaxy star not only enjoys hiking and kayaking, but he also raises sheep and cow for food! While some vegans certainly do not like it, the actor's son, Jack, apparently loves it! Meanwhile, Pratt's wife, author Katherine Schwarzenegger, has gotten used to living on the farm. "It's a fun adjustment," she said.

The 8,400-square-foot main home sits on extensive grounds, featuring the main house, and then three smaller guesthouses. The central home has five bedrooms, eight baths, a 1,500 bottle, climate controlled wine cellar, and is protected by a state-of-the-art security system. With a successful music career, a music streaming service, a champagne brand, and even a talent agency, Roc Nation, all in one plate, Jay-Z truly is the jack-of-all trades and master of everything. Of course, an $88 million mansion wouldn’t be that expensive for a successful businessman.

The rapper and his legendary wife Beyonce live in a 23,000 square-foot estate that includes more amenities than anyone could have ever imagined! A full-sized basketball court, a wine cellar, wellness center, a 15-car garage, and a pool are just a few of the features that the estate could offer.

Maybe this house is just meant to be for Alba and her husband as they found this place during their first day of house-hunting! Although the “Fantastic Four” star is known for being a big spender perhaps, an exquisite home in a perfect location that matches her exquisite taste could be an exemption. Alba is also the founder of The Honest Company, and currently serves as chief creative officer.  Since launching the company in 2012, Alba has written the New York Times Bestseller "The Honest Life" and began Honest Beauty, a skin care and beauty line.

Scarlett Johansson – Los Angeles, Estimated $3.8 Million

Scarlett Johansson

Actress Scarlett Johansson has one of the most impressive celebrities’ homes in all of Hollywood. Johansson, best known for her Black Widow role on Avengers, is the proud owner of a $3.88 million sanctuary in Los Feliz, California. At 3,500 square feet, the mansion fits four bedrooms, six baths, and a split-level room with glass sliding doors.

Like most celebrities’ homes, Johansson’s mansion provides a small dining terrace, with built-in grilling area, and a wet bar. To top all that, there’s also an 8-person spa and a swimming pool with a poolside cabana that has a well-stocked wine and beverage cellar.

Bryce Dallas Howard – Hollywood Hills, $2.4 Million

Bryce Dallas Howard

This stunning 1931 Mediterranean style home once belonged to actress Bryce Dallas Howard and her husband Seth Gabel. She originally purchased the deluxe home for $2.9 million back in 2006. Not only does the home provides breathtaking views, but it also has a formal dining room, an office, a wine cellar, and a sauna.

However, the couple listed the home in 2010 thought they soon took it off the market. It wasn’t until later, in 2013, shortly after having her second child, when they relisted and managed to get $2.4 million for it. While it’s lower than what they initially shelled out for it, that’s probably not a big deal for the superstar!

Denise Richards – Hidden Hills, Estimated $7.8 Million

Denise Richards

While Denise Richards started with acting home runs like her roles in Wild Things and Starship Troopers, she's better known today for being on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And, as you could have guessed, Richards' is just one of the celebrity mansions on that show.

Over the years, Richards did quite a bit of work on the home, expanding it into an 8,284-square-foot mansion. And, like any good celebrity megahome, the estate is chockful of amenities like a two-story marble entry and a brick pizza oven in the kitchen.

Instagram, jessicabiel/NY Post

The couple bought a $20 million apartment in Tribeca, New York that includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, dual walk-in closets in the master’s bedroom, an outdoor terrace, a chef’s kitchen, and an entertainment room. Fascinating for a penthouse!

The building is said to be “paparazzi-proof” with private elevators, door-to-door covers, and an underground parking garage. These are pretty much everything a celebrity might need to get away from the public’s eye. The sprawling property was sold for $29 million at the beginning of 2022.

Halle Berry - Hollywood Hills, $4.15 Million

Halle Berry

Looking at pictures of actress Halle Berry's Hollywood home, you might think you were on some quiet island in the Caribbean, not minutes from bustling L.A. Maybe that's why, unlike other celebrities, Berry did not merely abandon her home when it needed repairs. Instead, she stuck with it, dropping millions on fixes and extensions.

However, it all paid off! Today, the Mediterranean-style home looks better than ever. It sits on nearly an acre of land and features plenty of open spaces with fresh air and natural light. Plus, with three bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is undoubtedly better for a family, which Berry has, than massive Hollywood parties. However, it still comes with plenty of fancy amenities, like a spa, music studio, and marble throughout the home.

Sandra Bullock - $22.95 Million, Beverly Hills

Sandra Bullock

After years of renting in West Hollywood, actress Sandra Bullock made a massive upgrade to a celebrity mansion in Beverly Hills just a few years ago. And she did not hold back! The star picked up a $23 million house built in the 1940s that feels more like a massive park than a home. It has a two-story Tudor style home, complete with a screening room, library, and even a gym.

Meanwhile, the four acres of land the home sits on includes everything from a tennis court and pool to sprawling lawns and a private garden. As it's just Bullock and her adopted son Louis in the home, they have plenty of room to spread out!

Julia Roberts – Greenwich Village, New York – $5.3 Million

Julia Roberts

As she now works as much as a producer as she does an actress, the legendary Julia Roberts can afford any house she wants. Still, plopping down $4 million for a single New York apartment raised some eyebrows! However, the 2,000-square-foot apartment comes complete with three bedrooms and a lovely outdoor patio with incredible city views.

A well-known Hollywood house flipper, Roberts managed to sell the apartment a few years later for $5.3 million. What a profit! It turns out that the actress simply needed a bigger place to stay. 51-year-old Roberts has been married to cameraman Daniel Moder since 2002, and they share three beautiful kids.

Jennifer Aniston – Bel Air, Estimated $21 Million

Jennifer Aniston

Actress Jennifer Aniston and actor Justin Theroux were a fan favorite couple – maybe because they all love Aniston so much in the first place. However, in 2018, their separation broke not only each other’s hearts but also those of the public at large! While the couple managed to keep their marriage a secret – for short time anyway -, they couldn’t hide their massive investment!

The Bel Air home set the couple back a few million, but for two megastars, we doubt they even flinched. Following their split, it was reported that their LA home was back on the market in early 2018. The asking price though? An impressive $21 million!

Courteney Cox - Malibu, Estimated $33 Million

Courteney Cox

A few years ago, famed Friends actress Courteney Cox decided it was time to join the rest of the Hollywood elite by picking up a home in Malibu. While it took a while, Cox finally landed on a massive $33 million mansion, located right on a beautiful beach.

Of course, direct access to the beach is far from the most impressive feature of Cox's celebrity mansion. The home also includes a tennis court, a home theater, a separate guest house, and a pool for those days that Cox does not want to walk down to the beach. "This is a house I'll never move from—it really is so special to me," Cox said to Architectural Digest back in 2017.

Drew Barrymore – Los Angeles, Estimated $6.35 Million

Drew Barrymore

When child-star-turned-icon Drew Barrymore held her wedding at a sprawling Montecito mansion, she knew she had to have it. Incredibly, just a few years after her wedding, the beloved actress bought the estate for nearly $6 million in 2010! Sadly, Barrymore's marriage ended in 2016. But she's kept onto the house!

The 6,640-square-foot property has six bedrooms, just as many bathrooms, a library, and a massive dining room big enough for Barrymore's growing family. Meanwhile, the outside property has immaculate lawns and gardens that include citrus and avocado trees, as well as a private playground for her children.

Hilary Duff – Los Angeles, Estimated $6 Million

Hilary Duff

When it comes to picking the perfect celebrity home, actress-singer Hilary Duff knew exactly what she wants and she always chooses something that fits her personality and style right in. So, as soon as Duff spotted this Mediterranean-themed mansion, she splashed out a whopping $6.2 million on it!

Located in San Francisco, Duff’s property measures in at 9,277 square feet. Plus, the home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine cellar, a gym, a game room, and a cognac room. Outside, you will find three garages, and a large pool for those hot summer days. However, the actress sold the home back in 2012.

Meg Ryan - Soho, Estimated $10.9 Million

Meg Ryan

Celebrities all around the world have some pretty interesting hobbies. Some play instruments, some paint, and others like to renovate! Believe it or not, Meg Ryan’s Soho loft was the star's ninth renovation project. That's right! “I know it sounds crazy to most people, the idea of renovating that many houses. But I love renovating,“ Ryan explained to Curbed Magazine.

Coming in at a whopping 4,100-square-feet, the Soho loft features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Meanwhile, as Ryan loves natural light, its no surprise the loft has 13 floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. This apartment even has something few celebrity mansions have: eight separate closets in the master bedroom!

Shutterstock, Lev Radin/Rokstone

Julie Andrews will always be remembered in her brilliant performances in “Mary Poppins” and “Sound of Music.” As one of the world’s most respected actresses, Andrews has multiple awards and a million-dollar net worth under her name. Just like her role as Queen of Genovia in the popular “Princess Diaries” films, the actress can definitely afford all the luxuries in life!

The actress resides in a $24 million London mansion with its own spa, movie theater, and fitness gym. Just looking at photos of the 7000 square-foot property, no one can deny that Andrews has impeccable taste when it comes to interiors. She truly is Hollywood royalty!

Nikki Haley – Kiawah Island, $2.4 Million

Nikki Haley

After leaving the office of Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley took on one of the most important titles in the United States: the Ambassador to the United Nations. However, after all that time in New York, Haley decided she wanted to return home to South Carolina. And, while doing so, she purchased one of the most beautiful celebrity mansions around!

Haley's mansion is located in one of the most picturesque spots around, on Kiawah Island. There, spread over 5,774 square feet, the home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, and an outdoor kitchen. So, its no surprise it cost Nikki Haley and her husband, Michael Haley, a whopping $2.4 million.

Sarah Palin – Scottsdale, Arizona, $6.2 Million

Sarah Palin

Where do you run to in order to beat the cold of Alaska? Well, Arizona, of course! At least, that's what former vice-presidential candidate and Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin seems to believe. After living everywhere from Idaho to Hawaii as a child and teen, Palin moved to Alaska as an adult. However, after finishing her political career, it seems she could no longer take the cold!

These days, Palin spends quite a bit of time in her massive Arizona mansion. And can you blame her? It has an enormous garage, pool, tennis court, and a gourmet kitchen. We would certainly love to live there!

Jimmy Kimmel – Hermosa Beach, Estimated $8 Million

Jimmy Kimmel

When you truly love a location, don't just move there yourself – invite everyone to move there as well! At least, that's what late-night host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel thinks. Kimmel's obsession with Hermosa Beach, California, started a few years ago when he purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bath home above for $8 million. Complete with a pool and a walk away from the beach, this home is truly a beachcomber's dream.

However, it seems as though Kimmel didn't just fall in love with the home, but also Hermosa Beach. A year later, he bought a small beach bungalow on the opposite side of town for a little over $2 million. Then, he purchased his sister-in-law a house around the same time for $2.5 million! There must be something in the water!

Kamala Harris – Brentwood, California, $5 Million

Kamala Harris

As Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, explained to Town and Country Magazine, one of their favorite homes that they own is their estate in Brentwood, California, just east of San Fransisco. While we don't know what the Harrises picked up the home for, a recent evaluation put the home's worth at $5 million.

So, what does $5 million get you in Northern California? Well, certainly not as much as it does in other states! Still, the home features four bedrooms over 3,500-square-feet, along with a swimming pool, gated entry, and 24-hour neighborhood protection. Of course, as she's now Vice President, Harris also receives the protection of the Secret Service for the rest of her life!

Ted Cruz – Houston, $2 Million Estimated

Ted Cruz

Currently serving Senator Ted Cruz, from Texas, spends quite a bit of time in Washington D.C., as you might imagine. So, it probably comes as no surprise that he wanted a nice place to put his feet up when he returned home to Houston. Of course, when he picked up the home a few years ago, Cruz had no idea he'd spend most of 2020 inside the house, thanks to the coronavirus.

Thankfully for him, Cruz had plenty to do at home. Located in the exclusive River Oaks neighborhood outside of Houston, the mansion, built back in 1940, the three-story home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all over 4,142 square feet. Additionally, the house has an office, game room, and patio in the backyard. Not a bad place to spend to the lockdown!

Bill Gates - Washington, Estimated $127 Million

Bill Gates

With a net worth of $95.3 billion, Bill Gates could likely buy all these celebrity mansions for his wife Melinda and their three children. However, Bill only acquired one plot of land and it only cost him $2 million when he first paid for it in 1988. Since then, the founder of Microsoft has put hard work into building his dream home. Now, that land has transformed into a $127 million mega-mansion referred to as Xanadu 2.0 — named after the fictitious house of Citizen Kane’s title character.

At 66,000-square-feet, Bill’s abode features seven bedrooms and an incredible 18 bathrooms, according to public record. Of course, the colossal house is loaded with high-tech details. These techy features include an underwater music system in the pool and an AI-heating system that makes decisions based on your body temperature. Impressive! Sadly, Bill and Melinda recently announced they are separating.

Elijah Cummings – Baltimore, Undisclosed Amount

Elijah Cummings

In 2019, politician Elijah Cummings became the Head of the House Oversight Committee, making history when doing so. Sadly, his time as the Head did not last very long, as Cummings passed away less than a year later. Upon his passing, Cummings left behind one of the most beautiful properties in all of Baltimore, Maryland, his home state for his entire life.

The brick townhouse, located in the Madison Park community in Baltimore, harkens back to the days of the city's founding. While TV crews or photographers have never been let inside, many of the other homes in the area boast breathtaking interiors that often retain as much of the original architecture as possible!

Michael Bloomberg – London, $25 Million Estimated

Michael Bloomberg

Famously, during one of the 2020 debates, former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg said he lives in "New York City, thank you very much." Unfortunately for Bloomberg, media outlets, like Vanity Fair, quickly discovered that was not precisely the case. In fact, he has one of the most impressive real estate empires of any politician, ever.

Without a doubt, Bloomberg's most impressive property is the $25 million London mansion he picked up in 2015. That's right, it's not even in the United States! Located in London's upscale Chelsea neighborhood, the 6,266-square-foot mansion dates all the way back to 1715. It features seven bedrooms, Baroque murals, and a massive backyard, something of a rarity for London.

That’s right! Bezos picked up the Harry Warner Estate, built in the ‘20s for the founder of Warner Brothers Studios. Just off Sunset Blvd, the 12,254-square-foot estate is one of the most beautiful and historic in all of Beverly Hills.

Over the years, this eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom has hosted the likes of Humphrey Bogart and Marilyn Monroe in its screening room and game room. Meanwhile, outside, the grounds also feature a tennis court, lagoon-themed pool and spa, and koi pond. How lovely!

Donald and Melania Trump – New York City, $64 Million

Donald and Melania Trump

Famously, or infamously depending on who you ask, former President Donald Trump said that he didn't enjoy the White House as much as his swanky New York pad. Well, we will let you be the judge. The former First Lady, Melania Trump, once took Fox News on a tour of the Louis XIV-inspired apartment, making jaws drop.

Made to look like the Palace of Versailles, the massive 10,996-square-foot property features 24-carat gold, marble, and mirrors throughout. Additionally, given its location, it features unparalleled views of the city – but only one bedroom! The most recent estimate put the apartment's worth at $64 million, though that's certainly gone up in the past few years.

Larry Bird - Naples, Florida, $4.6 Million

Larry Bird

Needless to say, when Bird retired in 2001, he had plenty of money to build his dream home.

After retiring, Bird and his wife, Dinah, built the house of their dreams in Naples, Florida. The incredible four-bedroom, five-bathroom property has a dock for boats and even a movie theater inside! Most recently, the all-star basketballer had his home evaluated for $4.6 million!

While Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia De Rossi love their current home, don't expect for them to keep it too long. Since becoming famous, DeGeneres has owned, renovated, and sold twelve different homes, earning a profit of over $40 million overall her flips. In another life, DeGeneres would have made quite the real-estate mogul.

This time around, DeGeneres decided to pick up a rather old home, meaning it will only grow in value. Famed architect John Elgin Woof finished the house in 1962. It features a luxurious patio and alfresco kitchen over the 5,100-square-foot interior. However, while this home is excellent, we can't wait to see what the star picks up next!

In early 2022, the home was listed for sale to the tune of $7 million and sold for $6.45 million.

Manilow’s apartment features a breathtaking view of the hotel skyline and three large bedrooms.

With only 84 units in the entire building, he is the luckiest one to have the most luxurious unit in the entire building. Leased by the singer during his 2015 residency, it has since been put in the market.

Recently, Hollywood City recognized it as a historical place which means no depreciation will affect Barker’s house as long as he keeps it in good shape.

With all these brand endorsements and an amazing career in music, Diddy got himself one of the largest properties in all of Beverly Hills. His 17,000-square-feet- mansion features a 3,000-square-foot guest house, seven bedrooms, a 35-seater theater, and a fantastic pool!
